All of our services are free and confidential. If you need help, get in touch today.

Please note: we are not an emergency accommodation provider, and have no access to emergency accommodation.

Are you LGBTQ+, living in the UK and need help with your housing? We can offer free housing advice nationwide to people of every age.

Fill in a referral form by using the ‘Self Referral’ button and one of our experienced team will contact you.

What Happens Next

We give advice about different housing-related issues to thousands of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) people every year.

We understand what you or your client might be experiencing.

After you fill in a referral form or contact our helpline, we’ll be able to offer advice and support on a wide range of housing-related concerns.

Whether it’s about homelessness, living in unsafe environments, or advice around accessing housing benefits, we can offer free and confidential support.

Drop-in Advice

LONDON FRIEND DROP-IN

We run weekly drop-in housing advice sessions at London Friend.

Every Friday: 14:00 – 15:30

TONIC HOUSING DROP-IN – OVER 50s

BRIGHTON DROP-IN

Every other Mon between 14:00-16:00 (from 17 July 2023).

It’s appointment only – which means your Stonewall Housing caseworker will help book you in. If you don’t have a caseworker yet, fill in our referral form to get the ball rolling.

Specialist Support for Over 50s

Did you know we offer specialist support for LGBTQ+ people over 50 who are facing housing difficulties?

In the last three months we’ve supported over 50 people aged 50+ who need advice, advocacy and signposting.

  • can provide advice for professionals
  • we have a range of accessible ways to connect, like virtual drop-ins, phone calls & face-to-face meetings
