Specialist Advice and Advocacy Case Worker for older LGBTQ+ People

Stonewall Housing works exclusively with LGBTQ+ people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and we have ambitious plans to help more people access specialist advice, support and accommodation.  To help us achieve this we have created a new Advice and Advocacy Case Worker role to join our team.

This role which will work with the team to provide specialist advice and advocacy to our older service users. We need someone with a background in housing who has sound knowledge of Housing Legislation, understands the challenges faced by the older generations, is able to navigate care assessments, sheltered accommodation, co-housing options as well as helping people to consider their housing needs as their circumstances change.
